This explains what information Organic Inbound collects through this website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We collect information you give us directly. That means whatever you enter into a form on this site:
We also receive the standard technical information any website receives, including IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you visited. We use this to understand how the site performs. We do not use it to build a profile of you and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare and send anything you asked for, and to keep a record of our correspondence. If you become a client, to deliver the work and communicate about it.
Where data protection law requires us to name a legal basis, ours is legitimate interests for responding to an enquiry you initiated, performance of a contract for client work, and consent where we have asked for it separately. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. We have never done so and have no plans to.
A small number of services handle data as part of running this site:
These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where that involves a transfer out of the UK or the European Economic Area, it is made under the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
If you request an AI Visibility Report, we run queries against publicly available AI search products using your business name and the names of competitors we identify ourselves. We do not submit your personal information to those products.
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics package, no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no session storage. Nothing about your visit is recorded in your browser.
The only third-party request a page makes is to Google Fonts, described above.
Some browsers can send a Do Not Track signal or a Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not track visitors across sites and do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing for these signals to switch off. We honour them by default in the sense that the behaviour they are designed to prevent does not happen here.
Providing a phone number is optional. If you give us one, we use it to reply to your enquiry. We do not use automated dialling systems, we do not send marketing text messages, and we do not add phone numbers to any calling list.
Enquiries that do not become client work are kept for up to 24 months, in case you come back to us, and then deleted.
Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, which is the period we are required to retain records for tax and legal purposes.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See your rights below.
We do not add people to a mailing list because they filled in a form. If we start sending a newsletter it will be opt-in, and every message will carry an unsubscribe link that works.
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiries and client records is limited to people who need it to do the work, and protected by multi-factor authentication where the service supports it.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant authority within the timeframes the law requires.
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Wherever you are, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it. We will not charge you for it and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in the UK, the European Economic Area, California, or another jurisdiction with equivalent law, you may also have the right to a copy of your data in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle your information, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the page itself.
Questions about this policy, or a request about your data, go to organicinbound@gmail.com.
