Organic Inbound is a specialist AI search and marketing automation agency for boutique professional services firms. We work with risk and compliance consultancies, accounting and advisory practices, and commercial law firms. On existing sites, without paid ads.
Search changed in a way that most firms felt before they could name. Rankings held. Traffic did not. The reports still looked fine and the phone rang less. What happened is that the research stage moved: the questions buyers used to type into Google and follow to a website now get answered in the interface, with a few firms named inside the answer.
That hits professional services harder than most sectors, because professional services buying starts with questions rather than vendor names. Someone asks what a framework requires, whether it applies to them, what it costs to comply. Those are exactly the queries answer engines handle end to end.
The firms this hurts most are the ones least equipped to respond. Practices built on deep expertise, where the specialist knowledge is the product and tracking search algorithms is nobody's day job. That is who we built the business for.

Founder
I started Organic Inbound after spending years studying how AI models retrieve, rank and cite information. What I kept seeing was how quickly SEO and search changes, and that business owners do not have the time to stay on top of it. They lose out on business because of it. The discipline I kept coming back to was AI response optimization: the technical and editorial work that decides whether a business shows up inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, or whether a competitor does.
Before this I worked on organic growth across content and social, which is where the numbers on the home page come from. Organic Inbound combines that with deep technical SEO and the disciplines most agencies are still catching up to: marketing automation, AI search optimization, and the newer frontier of generative and answer engine optimization. The goal was never more traffic. It was the right traffic.
Connect on LinkedInOur clients are analytical professionals who check things for a living. These positions exist because they hold up when checked.
This industry is full of agencies that added an AI page to an SEO offer and started using the vocabulary. The tell is whether they can name things. We would rather explain what OAI-SearchBot does and why it is separate from GPTBot than talk about harnessing the power of AI.
Every figure we report traces back to something you can open yourself: Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, your own analytics. We show the prompts we tested and the answers that came back, including the ones naming a competitor instead of you. A flat month gets reported the same way a good one does.
Google states that indexing and serving are never guaranteed. OpenAI promises eligibility rather than inclusion. Any agency promising you a spot in AI answers is either not reading the documentation or assuming you will not.
Citations, rankings and followers are inputs. If they do not turn into enquiries then the work did not happen, it just looked like it did. Everything we build is pointed at the enquiry.
Every engagement opens with a baseline, because without one there is no honest way to show the work moved anything. For AI visibility that means testing five surfaces against three named competitors. For SEO it means the crawl and the current numbers.
There is no point rewriting a page that the crawlers cannot reach or render. Robots policy, rendering and indexation come first, and they are frequently where the actual problem turns out to be.
Everything we implement points at the same two outcomes: more of the right traffic, and more of it converting. The AI visibility work, the technical SEO, the automations and the content all feed each other rather than running as four separate projects with four separate scorecards.
A report lands on the same date every month covering what we did, what moved and what comes next. You never have to chase us for an update or wait for a quarterly review to find out where things stand.
An in-house marketing team is not a deal breaker. A good amount of our work sits alongside one, brought in as the specialist for AI visibility, technical SEO or marketing automation rather than as a replacement for anybody. We work great as a specialist alongside a team and can build upon your current systems.
A specialist AI search and marketing automation agency for boutique professional services firms, founded by Frank Manza. We work with risk and compliance consultancies, accounting and advisory practices, and commercial law firms. We work on existing websites, we do not run paid ads, and we do not build sites from scratch.
Professional services firms and specialist practices, usually 1 to 50 people, where expertise is what gets sold. Risk and compliance consultancies, accounting and advisory practices, and commercial law. The common thread is that their buyers research before they choose, because that is the behaviour AI has changed most.
Most agencies added an AI page to an existing SEO offer. The difference shows up in specifics: whether they can tell you what OAI-SearchBot is and how it differs from GPTBot, whether they measure citations or only rankings, and whether they will tell you that llms.txt does not do what most of the industry claims it does.
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We will tell you where your gap actually is and whether we are the right people to close it.
